Account Management

How much money can I hold?
There will be no limit on how much you can hold with us.
How can I get my account statement?
Just access the homepage of your Sleek Business Account. From there you are able to generate the account statement for any transaction period you wish. Naturally, this is free of charge. You may refer here for a step by step guide on how to generate your account statement.
When do I contact customer@sleek.sg?
Please reach out to customer@sleek.sg for the following matters:
1. Updating account details
2. Adding a new user to your Sleek Business Account
3. Account was closed previously, intention to reopen a Sleek Business Account again.
Why can't I logged into Sleek Business Account (SBA)?
You may not be able to log into your SBA due to the following reasons:

1. You may have incorporated more than 1 company with Sleek.
- On the top left corner, do select the correct company that you have opened a business account.

2. Due to the cache on your browser, you may not be able to access your business account tab.
- Clear your browser cache before logging into your SBA or access your SBA using incognito.
I didn't receive any OTP
You may not be able to receive your OTP due to an incorrect mobile number. Do ensure that you are using the correct mobile number that is registered with Sleek. The OTP will also be sent to the email you had registered with us.

You may reach out to customer@sleek.sg if you wish to change your contact details.

Payments

Transaction Limits
What are the transaction limits for my Sleek Business Account?
The maximum amount you can send/receive per transaction is SGD 1,000,000 or its equivalent in a foreign currency.

For any requests that are above the indicated limits do reach out to us with the following information and we will review them on a case by case basis.
1. Amount you intend to send or receive
2. Reason for transfer
3. Any other supporting documents (Invoices, Receipts, etc).
Local Transfer
What are the local transfer fees?
We absorb the local transfer fees applied to the Sleek Business Account. There are no charges for incoming and outgoing FAST and MEPS transactions!
What is the processing time for local incoming payments?
Local incoming payments via FAST are processed immediately. Local incoming payments MEPS will be reflected into your Sleek Business Account within 1-2 working days.
International Payment
What is the processing time for incoming international payments?
For payments via the SWIFT Network, the processing time will depend on the originating and intermediary banks.
Why is my has my outgoing international payment been declined?
Your outgoing international payment may be declined due to the following reasons:
1. Incorrect Beneficiary Details
- Please validate your beneficiary details before initiating the transfer again.
2. Insufficient Funds in your Sleek Business Account (SBA)
- A SGD 100 buffer is implemented to cover any additional charges charged by the intermediary banks. Hence, you will only be able to transfer the total balance in your SBA less the SGD 100 for any international payments.

Corporate Debit Card

Functionality

Is the Sleek Business Account (SBA) Corporate Debit card a multi-currency card?
Currently, your SBA Corporate Debit card can only hold SGD. You will not be able to hold multiple currencies on your SBA virtual card. However, you will still be able to pay in a foreign currency but the relevant foreign currency charges apply.
Can I get a physical card?
The Sleek Business Account (SBA) Corporate Debit Card is a virtual card only.
Can I link my mobile e-Wallet (such as Apple Pay and Google Pay) to the card?
Currently, you will not be able to link your Corporate Debit card to any mobile e-Wallet. However, we are looking into this for our upcoming enhancements!
How do I review my Corporate Debit card transaction?
You may review your card transaction via the Sleek Business Account webpage.
What is the e-Wallet and how do I use it?
Applicable to customers with virtual account number with (885135-XXXXXX):
For customers with virtual account numbers starting with (885135-XXXXXX), you will need to top up your prepaid card wallet before you can spend using your corporate debit cards.

Do note that once you top up, the funds are irreversible, you will have to spend any remaining balances via your corporate debit cards.

Applicable to all other customers:
For other customers, you may ignore this. Card spent will be directly debited from your Sleek Business Account.

Card Fees & Charges

Are there any card fees?
No! There are no card fees associated with the Sleek Business Account (SBA) Virtual Card. Simply input the relevant card details taken from the SBA web app and you can start using the card immediately.
Are there any card charges?
No! There are no charges associated with your card usage. Do note that for foreign currency purchases, foreign currency charges apply.
What are the foreign currency charges?
There are no transaction charges implemented by Sleek for non-SGD payments but Mastercard Card Association will establish a currency conversion rate for this convenience using a rate selected by the Mastercard Card Association from the ranges of rates available in the wholesale currency markets and additional fees may apply for foreign transaction.

Card Dispute

Why has my card payment been declined?
Payments could be declined for payments such as
- Insufficient funds in the linked Sleek Business Account (SBA)
- Card is frozen
- Our fraud detection team has blocked the card transaction because we suspect it is suspicious
- Inputted incorrect card details (Card number, Expiry date and CVV).

For any of the above issues, please contact customer@sleek.com to enquire further.
For payments that have been rejected by the merchant, please contact the merchant to find out why the payment was unsuccessful.
Why is my card payment still pending?
A pending payment is a payment that has been authorised but is waiting for the merchant's confirmation or reversal.
I would like a refund for something I bought.
In a situation where you are not satisfied with the goods or services you paid for, or you were charged an incorrect amount, please contact the merchant directly to request a full or partial refund.

Do note that point of sale transactions cannot be reversed. If you authorize a transaction and then fail to make a purchase of that item as planned, the approval may result in a hold of funds equal to the estimated purchase amount, for up to seven (7) days.
What do I do with a disputed transaction?
For any disputed transaction, please reach out to customer@sleek.sg with the following information;

1. Name, Registered Sleek Email, Virtual Account Number
2. Affected Corporate Debit Card number
3. Charge back type (Is this a debit or credit?)
4. Transaction Amount
5. Date of the alleged transaction
6. Any other supporting documents (Screenshot of SBA WebApp, etc).

Disputed transactions, must be submitted within 120 days from the alleged date of transaction.
