What is a transaction?
A transaction is any document that needs to be verified and reconciled against a cash movement in your corporate bank account, either directly (bank deposit or withdrawal, supplier invoice, receipt, bill) or through an aggregated amount (expense claim).
Examples of transactions may include:
- A sales/supply invoice
- A receipt for coffee or a taxi ride taken for business
- A share capital payment
- An expense claim reimbursement
- A bank deposit or withdrawal
