How to download my shareholder/director resolutions

Below are the steps to download your shareholder/director resolution on Sleek platform.

  1. Log in to your account on Sleek platform;
  2. On the left of your dashboard, click on "Corporate Secretary";
  3. On the right side, click on "C - Minutes and Resolutions";
  4. You may find your director/shareholder resolution in the corresponding folders.
