What is an alternate email address?
While using Sleek's platform, you can set up an alternate email address for contact. The alternate email will receive email notifications but it cannot be used to access platform.
Steps to set up an alternate email address
Below are the steps to set up an alternate email address for your company through Sleek's platform.
- Log in to your account on Sleek platform;
- Go to "Preferences" on the left side menu;
- Click on the toggle “Alternate email as point of contact”, enter the email and click on "Submit";
- Once the alternate email is verified, it can receive notifications from the platform.
