Dependant's Pass (DP) and Letter of Consent (LOC)

The Dependant's Pass (DP) is a visa that allows spouses and children aged below 21 years old to relocate and live together with an Employment Pass, EntrePass or S Pass holder.

It opens doors for unique perks such as education and lifestyle opportunities in Singapore.

With a Letter of Consent (LOC), a DP holder can also work in Singapore.

• Can be issued to an Employment Pass, EntrePass or S Pass holder's legal spouse and their children under 21 and allows for free entry/exit

• DP holders can work legally if they have a Letter of Consent

• The job offered to the dependant must be with a Singapore Employer

• The application process is done online through the Employment Pass (EP) account of the future employer of the DP holder
